From this year's annual charitable holiday jam, all proceeds will be going to Mother & Child Education Center in Portland, OR. Mother & Child creates connections in a judgment-free space to provide support, education and resources for anyone who is parenting, including expectant women, fathers and those facing challenges, such as lack of housing, poverty, substance abuse or other trauma. From M&C – "We have stayed open as an essential service. Already in 2020, we’ve provided more than 45,000 items of food, clothing, hygiene and personal care items, diapers, blankets, formula and supplies like car seats, cribs and strollers to more than 2,000 parents through on-site appointments using safe COVID protocols. We transitioned to teaching through zoom. Clients gain practical parenting skills, create healthy environments for children, and gain tools to advocate for themselves and their families."
